For bulk or customized orders:

  • Deposit: 30% advance payment required to begin production
  • Balance: 70% to be paid before shipment

Alternative terms (e.g., LC, OA) may be discussed for long-term partners.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Orders will be processed only after payment is received and confirmed.
  • For bank transfers, processing may take 1–3 business days depending on the bank.

5. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and import fees, unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or local taxes in their country.

6. Payment Security

7. Failed or Declined Payments
